€420,00ADARRA Blue / Topaz – adarra significa corna in euskera. I corni gli ho sempre visti fin da quando ero piccolo. Mia nonna era la lattaia e andavo sempre a mungere con lei. Mi trovavo circondato da mucche ma non riuscivo a distogliere la vista dalle corna, un pò per curiosità e molto per paura.
Durante la festa del mio paese, a parte i concerti, gare di cucina, ballerini, musica, giochi e cose varie, tutte le mattine alle 7:30 iniziano le “zezenak dira” e non mancavo mai.
“Zezenak dira” tradotto significa “sono tori”.
Il centro storico di Durango veniva chiuso in sicurezza perché venivano liberati i tori (erano delle mucche arrabbiate, più piccole di un toro ma incazzate piene).
Non venivano ne menate ne torturate, loro correvano su e giù per le strade investendo ed incornando la gente che non riusciva ad evitarli. Sopra tutto gli ubriachi della notte precedente erano quelli che davano più spettacolo.
Adarra è una serie di vasi che hanno in comune questi cornetti (punte). Con questa serie vorrei ricordare quei momenti fra mucche e corna.
